Given the personalized nature of every book we create at MrTales, we are unable to accept returns. Each book is crafted with dedication and tailored specifically to you, making it a unique item.

Should you be dissatisfied with the final product, please reach out to us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a key priority for us, and we're committed to ensuring you are delighted with your personalized book.

In instances where you receive an incorrect product, size, or print, or if your book was damaged during shipping, we will replace it without hesitation. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such situations.

For those who have recently placed an order and wish to cancel, you can do so at no cost before it is dispatched. We proceed with shipping only after you have approved the personalization details of your book, assuring satisfaction with your bespoke item.

It’s important to note that the creation of your personalized book starts with the photo or details you provide with your order. Rest assured, we will always verify the quality before beginning the personalization process. Should a new photo or additional information be required, we will notify you.

The responsibility to provide a high-quality photo that meets our submission guidelines lies with you. A low-quality photo will affect the quality of the personalized book. While we accept notes with orders for any specific requests you might have, please communicate these to us via email or chat. However, we cannot guarantee that all special requests can be accommodated—such as altering facial expressions in photos. We can make minor adjustments like removing red-eye or editing eye color upon request.

Be aware that all examples shown on our site were produced from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will not enable our design team to achieve the high-quality finish showcased on our site.
