Creation Process

Upon receiving your order, our skilled design team begins creating your personalized book. Typically, this process takes about 1-2 business days. However, during weekends, holidays, or peak times, it might take a bit longer.

We involve you in the design phase by sending a preview for your approval. At this stage, you can confirm the cartoon design, request changes or submit a different photo to ensure the final piece meets your expectations. Please be aware that any revisions may prolong the creation timeline.

Email Communication

Effective communication is crucial for a seamless creation process. We urge you to promptly respond to our emails, particularly regarding design approvals, to prevent delays in delivery. If you haven't seen an email from us, please check your spam or promotions folder. For any issues with communication, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping and Delivery

After your design receives approval, we proceed with shipping. Every order from MrTales includes tracking, and you will be notified of your tracking number via email as soon as it is issued. Please note, all our orders are shipped from our local US facilities, so ensure quick and sustainable delivery.

Be mindful that delivery services might experience delays during the busy holiday season (November/December) due to increased parcel volumes. We thank you for your patience during these times.

Estimated Delivery Times (Post-Design Approval)

• US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• US Expedited Shipping: 4-8 business days
• Rest of the world: 6-10 business days

• International Shipping: $14.95

For orders containing multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate shipments. If any item arrives more than 3 business days after the initial delivery, please get in touch with us.

Additional Information

Occasionally, we offer an expedited service option to fast-track the creation of your artwork. This 'skip the queue' option reduces the creation period by prioritizing your order, though it does not affect shipping times.

Should the design necessitate a new photo, this can extend the production period. Rest assured, our team will work closely with you to ensure any adjustments are to your liking, upholding the high quality of our work.
